Custom Patches Vienna individually embroidered

In this video you can see exactly how an embroidered patch is made in our production facility. The embroidery machine works the design stitch by stitch onto a special base fabric. The colours are stitched one after the other until the complete design is finished. We produce patches from just one piece in our Vienna workshop.

Many of our customers order patches for clubs, companies or emergency services. Especially for fire brigades, rescue services or military, it is important that the patches are manufactured exactly according to the template. The embroidery machine achieves a precision that would not be possible by hand. Whether club crests with fine details, company logos in multiple colours or velcro patches for uniforms: we produce the design exactly as you need it.

After embroidery, the patches are cut out and finished with velcro backing, iron-on film or as a sew-on variant, depending on your preference. You are welcome to request a sample before ordering a larger quantity. Just give us a call or send us a message.
