Woven Patches
Woven patches differ from embroidered ones by their finer structure. The threads are thinner, the surface smoother, and much finer details can be reproduced.
This makes woven patches ideal for designs with thin lines, small text or subtle gradients. When a logo would look too coarse as an embroidered patch, the woven version is often the better choice.

When Woven Is the Better Choice
When your logo contains fine lines or small letters, when you want a smooth, elegant surface, or when the patch is to be used as a label or tag. Woven patches often look a little finer and more modern than embroidered ones.
For bold, high-contrast designs with few fine details, embroidered patches are usually the better option because the raised texture creates more visual impact.
