Embroidered Patches
The classic among patches. Embroidered patches have a tactile texture, brilliant colour reproduction and last virtually forever. The threads are UV-resistant and machine-washable.
Whether fully embroidered (the entire surface is covered with thread) or partially embroidered (the design is stitched onto a visible base fabric): both options have their own character. Fully embroidered patches look bolder and more refined, while partially embroidered ones are lighter and more affordable.

Fully vs. Partially Embroidered
Fully Embroidered
The entire surface is covered with embroidery thread. No base fabric visible. Looks especially premium and is ideal for logos, crests and emblems that need a strong presence.
Partially Embroidered
The design is stitched onto a coloured twill base fabric. The background remains visible as fabric. Lighter, more flexible and more affordable than fully embroidered versions.
Technical Details
Our embroidered patches are produced on industrial embroidery machines. The polyester threads are colour-fast, UV-resistant and withstand wash temperatures up to 60°C. Stitch density determines the look and feel: the denser the stitching, the smoother and more compact the patch appears.
For highly detailed designs with fine lines or small text, a combination of embroidery and print can make sense. We are happy to discuss this during the consultation.
