    Planning examples

    Clothing for 20 employees

Typical for a small team at one location. A lightweight layer is often combined with a weatherproof layer. Spare stock can cover replacements and new employees.

    Clothing for 50 employees

For a team of this size, plan clothing by working environment. Different garments may suit indoor and outdoor work. Prepare a size list and approval samples before production.

    Clothing for 100 employees

For multiple locations, record requirements separately by location and working environment. Plan for repeat orders, replacements and new employees from the outset.

    How clothing requirements are calculated

For each garment: employees multiplied by units per employee multiplied by one plus the spare stock percentage, rounded up to whole units. Add all garments to obtain the total. Working environment, season and quality only affect suggestions, not quantities. Workwear

    Choosing spare stock

Spare stock of five to fifteen per cent allows for replacements and new employees. It does not replace a size list: without accurate sizes for each person, even generous spare stock remains imprecise.

    Embroidery or textile printing

We usually embroider chest logos on polo shirts, shirts, work jackets and caps, as well as names and employee numbers. Textile printing is often better for large back designs and designs with many colours. We assess suitable combinations based on your logo. Embroidery Textile printing

    Company clothing for multiple locations

Multiple locations do not automatically increase quantities. Separate size lists for each location, possible split deliveries and additional approval samples are useful.

    Size collection and repeat orders

Collect a size list for each location and garment before production. This helps repeat orders match the original clothing. Embroidery files and print artwork remain the basis for future replacements. Spare stock does not replace an accurate size list. Find suitable styles in our textiles collection.
