Material and Craftsmanship
As a base fabric, we typically use twill in your chosen background colour. Fully embroidered patches have no visible background; the entire design is covered with thread. Partially embroidered versions show the fabric as background, creating a different visual effect.
For delicate designs, we recommend woven patches. For photo artwork or gradients, we use printed patches with an embroidered border, combining detail accuracy with premium feel.
Edges are finished with overlock stitching or laser cutting, depending on the desired look. Classic merrowed borders are also available.
