Not everyone needs 500 patches. Many of our customers order 5, 10, 20 or 50 pieces. That is perfectly normal and never a problem for us.
Small clubs, startups, company departments or individuals: there are many reasons for small quantities. We treat every order with the same care, whether it is 3 or 300 patches.

How Pricing Works
With small quantities, the unit price is slightly higher than with larger runs. This is because setup and digitising costs are spread across fewer patches. From around 25 pieces, the unit price already drops noticeably. We lay this out transparently in our quote.
Tip: if you can foresee a repeat order later, it sometimes pays to order a few extra now. The embroidery file stays with us, so reorders are quick and straightforward.
