The price of a patch mainly depends on three things: size, stitch count and quantity. Smaller patches with fewer stitches cost less, and larger quantities bring the unit price down. Straightforward, and that is exactly how we calculate.

Tips for More Affordable Patches
If your budget is tight, there are a few levers: slightly smaller patches, partially embroidered instead of fully embroidered, or standard shapes instead of contour cuts. Quantity also makes a difference. From 25 pieces, the unit price drops noticeably.
